Shipping
We ship within the continental United States only at this time. Shipping is normally completed within 1 business day, though inclement weather or other issues outside of our control can delay this. In cases of a delay, we will contact you to let you know.
Shipping is typically through USPS Ground Advantage. There may be cases where UPS or FedEx are used. The shipping rate is free to the continental United States.
Refunds and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is no defect with the product, the shopper will be responsible for shipping the product back.
With defective products, it is rare that we have another in stock. So we will only be able to offer refunds and not exchanges.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
